Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. International shipping charges are borne by the customer. Any import duties, customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are also the customer’s responsibility.
2. Working Days
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. All working-day timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
3. Dispatch Timelines
- Regular orders: Within 3 working days.
- Customised orders: Within 3–4 working days.
- Preorders: Please allow 10–15 working days for dispatch.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery within India usually takes 6–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please allow approximately 10–12 working days from placing a regular order, including processing and delivery. For customised orders and preorders, delivery time is additional to the applicable dispatch timeline.
International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination, customs clearance and courier services. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays.
5. Multiple Shipments
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments through different courier partners.
6. Tracking and Delays

Although we work to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by delivery partners and courier companies are outside our direct control. We appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking and follow-up.
7. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.
